Common Ground, the Westside HIV Community Center, provides support to people with HIV and Hepatitis C, offers innovative prevention education programs, syringe exchange services, opiate replacement therapy and HIV/Hep C/STD testing. Many of the people we serve face not only HIV but also severe mental illness, substance use issues and – often – homelessness. Using a harm reduction approach, we address these multiple challenges as part of our mission to connect everyone with HIV to life-saving medical care.

We’re looking for a highly collaborative, bilingual (Spanish/English) mental health professional to join our team. You’ll have a minimum of five years clinical experience as an LCSW, a commitment to working with disenfranchised communities, knowledge of harm reduction and enjoy being part of a small, dedicated staff. We offer a competitive salary and a flexible schedule of 20 hours a week to include a daily presence at our offices in Santa Monica.
Salary: $37.77 hourly
