Los Angeles County HIV Mental Health Task Force

November 19th and 20th – Youth Listening Sessions – (See attached flyers for more information) CHLA & UCLA FAN

ON BEHALF OF UCLA FAN

We are still in the process of recruiting youth for 2 listening sessions next week.  The topic will be regarding transitioning from pediatric and adolescent medical care providers to adult medical care providers.    

We’d appreciate it if you would be willing to forward these flyers to any youth you may know, who is living with HIV/AIDS, between the ages of 16-29.

Those who end up in a listening session will receive a $50 Egift card incentive for their participation.  

Time is of the essence, spaces are limited, and ALL eligible youth are invited to participate.
