Los Angeles County HIV Mental Health Task Force

At the next HIV MHTF meeting (01/13/16) we will have a discussion about the service caps that are currently in place (ie: a 12-session per year), and how we can bring this up to the Commission on HIV &/or DHSP, as it did come up during this month’s Commission meeting.

Attached is a memo which attempts to explain the underspent Ryan White funds in LA County. this memo was repeatedly cited in the Commission meeting. Further, DHSP denied that they have ever rejected an extension request, despite audience testimony which countered that claim.
