Los Angeles County HIV Mental Health Task Force

DHSP has created a form for providers to indicate that they would like to be included in the LA County PEP/PrEP Provider Directory which will be distributed soon. There is also space on the form for providers to indicate that they would like to receive training and technical assistance to better integrate PEP/PrEP services into their clinical practice. Sonali Kulkarni wrote a Dear Colleague letter that was sent to providers introducing the form. Please share the attached documents with providers in your network.
