The Planning Committee for the San Fernando Valley Promising Practices invites you to the
9th Annual Mental Health and Aging Conference
to be held on January 14, 2015
at the California Endowment

This is a one-day conference for social workers, case managers, counselors, health educators and other social/health service providers on how to effectively address mental health issues in older adults. It includes keynote presentations, breakout sessions and discussions to develop knowledge, skills and resources to provide quality care that is culturally sensitive.
Registration includes breakfast, lunch & coffee. Parking is free. Exhibit table registration includes two complimentary attendee admissions.
